Project Manager (MEP):
BE / B. Sc Mechanical, minimum 10 years of experience in high rise buildings, preferably having at least 6 years of experience in GCC.



Sr. Electrical Engineers:

BE / B. Sc Electrical, with minimum of 5 to 12 years experience in electrical systems, estimation, tendering, design, procurements and high rise buildings. Preferably having experience in GCC in the relevant field.


Technical Electrical Engineers:

BE / B. Sc Electrical, with minimum of 6 years experience in mechanical systems, estimation, tendering and procurements. Preferably having minimum of 4 years experience in GCC in the relevant field.



Sr. Mechanical Engineers:

BE / B. Sc Mechanical, with minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in mechanical systems, estimation, tendering, procurement and high rise buildings. Preferably having experience in GCC in the relevant field.



Mechanical Technical Engineers:

BE / B. Sc Mechanical, with minimum of 6 years experience in mechanical systems, estimation, tendering and procurement. Preferably having at least 4 years of experience in GCC in the relevant field.


Mechanical Engineers:

BE / B.Sc Mechanical, with minimum of 5 to 8 years experience, preferably having at least 3 years experience in GCC.



Electrical Engineers:

BE / B. Sc Electrical, minimum 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably having at least 3 years of experience in GCC.



QA / QC Engineer (MEP):

BE / B. Sc, with minimum 6 years of experience in quality systems, ITP (Buildings), preferably having at least 4 years of experience in GCC.



QS Engineers (MEP):

BE / B. Sc, with minimum 6 years of experience in cost control systems, variations, claims and payments in building industry, preferably having at least 4 years of experience in GCC.



Planning Engineer (MEP):


BE / B. Sc, with minimum 4 years of experience in planning (preferably certified), scheduling, resource management and report structure.



Project Manager (Civil):

The ideal candidate should be a Graduate Civil Engineer with minimum of 15 years experience as a Project Manager with experience in handling tower projects of 35+ stories with the main contractor is a must.



Construction Manager (Civil):

The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of experience in the construction field, out of which 5 years in the CCC. in a senior management position. Experience in handling tower projects of 35+ stories with the main contractor is a must.



Project Coordinator:

The ideal candidate shall be a graduate Architect with 10 - 15 years experience in technical coordination at site for various building types. Coordination including review of the IFC drawings; coordinate all aspects of architectural, structural and related services, shop drawings for site execution; ensure implementation of approved Architectural, Interior & Landscape details at site.



Project Engineer (Civil):


The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience in major construction projects having exposure to supervision/inspection of the works and reporting on the progress. Work experience in tower projects of 35+ stories with the main contractor in the last 5 years is a must.



Site Engineer (Civil):


The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer with a minimum 5 years of experience in the execution of all construction works on site with leading construction companies in any of the GCC Countries.



Quantity Surveyor (Tendering):


The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer, with 5-10 years GCC experience and knowledge of technical specifications and interpretation of drawings, taking-off quantities, site measurement for various items, comparison of tender and contract documents, progress payment for subcontractors and clients, preparing variations and claims, etc.


Senior / Junior Quantity Surveyor- (Civil):


with 5-10 years of experience and knowledge of all aspects of QS. Key tasks and responsibilities include subcontract evaluation and awards, preparing bill of quantities, risk management, evaluating sub-contractor claims and progress payments, securing price and quotation for variation and checking of al variation from S/C. Settle claims and progress payments to sub-contractors.




Plant Manager:


Candidate is responsible for managing the PMV (Plant, Machinery & Vehicles) work shop, mobilization & demobilization of heavy equipments, machineries, vehicles to various projects. The ideal candidate should be a Degree/Diploma holder in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with 10-15 years of experience as plant / workshop manager in a building construction company in any GCC country.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
( Part Time )

RESPONSIBILITIES


— User support for System, Software & Hardware problems
— Network support activities
— Maintain asset tags on all hardware & ability to report all the activities to the management


REQUIREMENTS


— Education: 2 year college or BA/ B$ in related occupational field
— Minimum 2 years experience in Networking, and ERP System support
— Excellent verbal skills, ability to provide above average telephone support & strong customer service skills.
— Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
— Age between 20 and 26
— Able to work from 6:00 PM Until 2:00 AM
— Excellent English language ;1
