2. Performing industry research, including competitive market landscape analysis for various industries in MENA, Europe, and Asia

3. Developing investment reports on potential acquisition targets, highlighting main business activities, synergies, risks, swot analysis, etc

4. Performing historical financial analysis (pointing out trends and major developments and/or concerns) and financial projections (building projections based on realistic fact-based assumptions)

5. Valuing acquisition targets by building discounted cash flow models and multiple comparable valuations

6. Managing entire due diligence process for each acquisition target with the help of external consultants. Analyzing results and quantifying impact

7. Presenting final recommendations to the investments committee

8. Developing post-acquisition restructuring plan and working with acquired company's management to execute it
