OJT INSTRUCTOR



Role: Prepare and provide on-job and technical training to trainees and staff on development in plant operations and
maintenance group. to issue training assignments to trainees & to maintain NVQ candidates portfolios as internal assessors.



Min requirements: B. Eng. /B.Sc., HND or equivalent in related technical discipline with 10 yrs exp. in related discipline
(LNG required for process) in the oil and gas industry, of which 4 years should have been as a technical instructor.
Vocational Training Qualification of D32 Skill Assessor D33 Vocational Assessor is required. Good command over English along
with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with technical personnel & materials. Computer
literacy including use of spread sheets, database systems and computerized training and development software is a must.



UTILITIES - PROCESS INSTRUCTOR

STORAGE AND LOADING INSTRUCTOR (S&L)



Role: Conduct technical consolidation training for process operators in both Classroom and Field environments. Prepare in
electronic format, training course material content from PFD's , P&ID's, SOP, OM manuals, Vendor supplied course material and
field observations. Conduct formal LNG / Condensate storage and loading classroom training & loading process equipment site
training. Conduct Plant Overview and familiarization induction courses. Explain and field demonstrates Standard Operating
Procedures. Assist in set-up and administration of a Competency Based System for Field and DCS Panel operators



Min requirements: Education received from a reputed college or Technical Institute. Capable of explaining DCS process control
and architecture fundamentals. 10 yrs Operations experience as DCS panel operator or shift supervisor in an LNG loading or
receiving terminal of which at least 1 yr should have been as an instructor. Should have hands-on experience in LNG storage
tanks, Boil Off gas compressors, loading arms, LNG pumps, flares, and SOP related to ship berthing and loading. Proficient
MS Office skills along with good command of the English language is required.



PROJECTS TRAINING COORDINATOR



Role: Preparation and execution of technical training programs for operations and maintenance personnel in a large scale LNG
complex. Provision of a competency based technical “Consolidation Training Model” Elaboration of schemes, methodologies and
support materials to train O&M technical personnel in a multi cultural environment. Schedule and report training progress to
management.



Min requirements: 15 yrs Operations or Maintenance supervisory experience in the Oil and Gas process industry, of which at
least 5 yrs should have been training management related in a major process plants at overseas locations. Good command of the
English language and familiarity with MS Office “Microsoft” computer software applications & international telecommunication
practices required.



VENDOR TRAINING COORDINATOR



Role: Implementation of equipment provider specific training. Administration of vendor training selection process. Review
scope of training services offered by equipment providers. Appraise terms and financial conditions offered for training
services. Coordinate vendor Site / Works training activities. Oversee execution of vendor provided training programs.



Min Requirements: 10 years Operations or Maintenance supervisory experience in the Oil and Gas process industry, of which at
least 3 year should have been training related. Must have previous vendor training coordination experience preferably with
electrical and instrumentation equipment providers. Good command of the English language and familiarity with MS Office
“Microsoft” computer software applications & international telecommunication practices required.



SRU INSTRUCTOR

shift supervisor in the oil and gas process industry, of which at least 1 year should have been as an instructor. Should have
