Implementation Consultant


An ideal candidate would be a Graduate / Post Graduate having 2-3 years of relevant experience with EXPOSURE to
Insurance / Financial domain. Responsibilities include completion of implementation process as assigned at one or more client site, implementing and monitoring the project as per plan and ensuring project delivery as per schedule.



Business Analyst


The ideal candidate would be a Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with minimum 4-5 years experience in Insurance domain with exposure to Life Cycle of product implementation to the extent of Solution Mapping. Responsibilities includes Solution mapping signoff, knowledge transfer to customization team, functional support during customization and during solution acceptance, if required. Certification in any insurance domain would be an added advantage.



Project Manager


The ideal incumbent would be a Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 7 years of experience out of which at least 3 years in Project Management. Candidate should have rich experience in software development life cycle, solution mapping, project management and software process implementation. Main responsibilities include defining model for onsite and offshore execution, effort estimation, budgeting and managing risks by timely and appropriate response strategy. Certification in PMP would be an added advantage.


For all the above positions candidate must have excellent communication, presentation and customer handling skills and should be willing to travel frequently.
