RESOURCE MANAGER


PURPOSE

The Resource Manager will strategically manage the company manpower and equipment resources, ensuring full and maximum utilization of such resources, servicing the needs of projects, and ensuring that projects resource requirements are met.


Responsibilities:


• Identify equipment and manpower resource opportunities that are consistent with company needs,
• Manage tools, equipment, construction manpower and other
• materials throughout the whole company and on each project.
• Responsible for assigning, allocating and tracking, construction manpower staffing demands for ongoing and future projects.
• Forecasts future staffing capacity demands for the company projects.
• Create master schedules for resource usage and track progress accordingly.
• prepare periodic reports to the Country GM on manpower and equipment utilization.



Work experience:

Ten years of experience three of which as a Resource Manager, preferably with a Contracting company.
