Cape East Philippines is a leading international provider of multi-disciplined contracting services to the major oil and petro chemical producers. We are presently seeking the following people for our forthcoming Projects in the Philipines. We invite all FILIPINOS who desire to be re-integrated with the working force — and with respective families — in the Philipines.



1. PROJECT MANAGER

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline. At least 15 years relevant working experience with at least 10 years in offshore oil & gas, including brown-field, projects, and 5 years in project managerial position. A proven track record including a key project managerial role in an offshore installation rejuvenation/ brownfield project is a must.


2. SENIOR MECHANICAL / PIPING ENGINEER


Recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering and have practical mechanical design engineering experience in the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry. At least 10 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry with relevant experience in work scoping and implementation in plant rejuvenation, maintenance, inspection and construction of mechanical static equipment and project engineering.


3. SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER

The candidate shall hold a recognized degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in process design, of which 7 years in process design in offshore oil and gas projects including brown-field projects.


4. SENIOR STRUCTURAL / CIVIL ENGIEERS


The candidate shall hold a recognized degree in structural/ civil engineering or equivalent and have practical experience in design and construction engineering, including offshore installation of jackets, decks, bridges and packaged units. 10 years relevant working experience of which 7 years in offshore oil & gas projects md. Structural/foundation integrity assessment and other brown-field projects


5. SENIOR INSTRUMNENT ENGIENERS

B.Sc. in Instrument Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years practical working experience including 7 years in offshore oil & gas projects including brown-field projects. Have practical design instrumentation and control engineering experience in the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry in the areas of design, construction, testing, commissioning or maintenance.


6. SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGIENER

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years relevant working experience of which 7 years in offshore oil & gas projects including brown-field projects. Have practical electrical design and construction engineering experience in the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry.


7. SENIOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER


Possesses an engineering degree preferably Mechanical, Structural or Electrical/Instrument engineering. Possesses sound construction knowledge with minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas Industries as fabrication engineer, project engineer or field engineer; where 4 years must be in fabrication yard on fabrication of offshore platforms/ modules and 6 years in hook-up/commissioning of offshore facilities including brown-field projects. Experience in preparing work packs, job cards, construction method statements, procedures (heavy lifts, positive isolations, etc) and JSA is an added advantage.



8. SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical). At least 10 years working experience including 7 years in offshore & onshore oil & gas and petrochemical experience including brown-field projects. Possesses both design and field experience, including onshore fabrication, offshore construction, hook-up & commissioning. Familiar with proven integrated planning tools, such as Primavera.




9. SENIOR COST ENGINEER / ESTIMATOR

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or an engineering discipline. With 10 years practical experience, at least 5 years in cost estimating position and with minimum 5 years project execution experience (e.g. procurement, fabrication, offshore construction/pipe-laying, HU&C, etc.) for offshore oil & gas projects, including I5rown-fleld projects.








10. SENIOR QA / QC ENGINEER

Recognized Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline and with at least 10 years’ relevant experience in engineering design, at least recent 5 years of which should have been in performing Quality Assurance within an engineering design and construction/ fabrication environment. Preference is for Senior QA Engineers who are registered under the UK Institute of Quality Assurance’s International Register of Certificated Auditors of Quality Management System at Lead Auditor Level.


11. SENIOR COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Discipline or equivalent. Mm. 12 years experience in Oil & Gas Facilities pre-commissioning, commissioning and initial start-up, with mm. 5 years in the position of senior or lead commissioning engineer. The Senior Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the overall pre-commissioning and Commissioning, initial start up/testing of project facilities including handover of all commissioned systems/plants to Operations/Maintenance department as per the agreed Acceptance Criteria. He/She is to provide leadership and direction to the commissioning team and set the safety standards and example for the entire team.




12. PROJECT LIASION OFFICER / SUPERVISOR (PLS )

Certificate in Engineering or equivalent working experience including minimum 10 years relevant working experience in Oil & Gas Industry including more than three (3) year experience in the position of PLS. Candidate must have relevant rejuvenation type project experiences i.e. “brownfield” oil & gas project experience and perform task under Simultaneous Operation (SIMOP) working condition.



13. SAFETY OFFICER / ADVISOR (SQ )


Degree / Diploma in Engineering Discipline or with recognized health or safety professional qualification/membership or more than 10 years of oil & gas working experience in HSE related position. A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as safety officer or safety advisor in the oil & gas industry.


14. PROCUREMENT EXECUSTIVE

Diploma in business administration or equivalent working experience in the relevant field. 5-10 years relevant experience in project material buying or equivalent. Experience in oil and gas Upstream/downstream projects procurement Knowledge of Shell Group procurement framework and e-procurement (e.g. on-line bidding).Should be computer literate and skilled user of MS Office suite of programs and other relevant software.


15. PROJECT SECRETARY


The incumbent shall be accountable for the day-to-day operation of the Project Site Office and to manage and provide technical and general administrative support services to the project site team.In addition, the incumbent shall oversee the Document Control Centre (DCC) and to monitor and coordinate implementation of Livelink or Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

16. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

The incumbent shall be accountable for the day-to-day operation of the Project Document Control Centre and coordinating all documents control activities to ensure updated and adequate control of all project documentation through the implementation and maintenance of Livelink or Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). also provides other technical/general administrative support services to the project site team.

17. ENGINEER

In general, all Design Engineers shall hold a recognized degree in Engineering relevant to their discipline and have a minimum 7 years (unless specified otherwise) of relevant practical experience of which 5 years are identifiable in the relevant discipline engineering and design of upstream oil and gas facilities as well as “brownfield ” experience. The incumbent should also have a working knowledge of the relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice normally used in the Oil and Gas Industry. It is preferred that the incumbent be familiar and has worked with Shell International Design Engineering Procedures (DEP’s). The roles and responsibilities of these engineers are to carry out the work allocated by the senior engineer.
