Must be Diploma! Graduate in Civil with mm. 57 yrs exp. in large Civil Construction projects.


Sr. SAFETY OFFICERS I SAFETY COORDINATORS:

Dip. / Graduate in Civil Engineering. and must be a holder of NEBOSH General Certificate & NEBOSH Dip.1 or equivalent. Mm. 8.10 yrs. exp. in the Safety department of a large / complex project involved in Civil Engineering.


FOREMEN (Scaffolding, Finishing, Mason, Steel Fixing):

Minimum 8.10 yrs. exp. in large Civil Construction Project.

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

• CPA, FCA or Charted Accountant ‘
• At least five years Exp. as Finance Manager in a Manufacturing Company
• Experience in process and methodology of conversion limited ability company to joint stock company
• Strong knowledge of cost Accounting
• Knowledge of effective management decision support system, Budgeting and financial Planning & internal controls system.
• Ability to prepare financial statement analysis and Management reports
• Familiar with computerized accounting system
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities Includes:

• Reporting on liaising with the Genera) Manager on Financial Matters, consulting with Banks, Financial Institutions, and
• Preparation of budget. Monthly Managements Accounts, Variance Analysis and Instituting and
• Monitoring Internal Controls, Cost Controls, Performing Treasury Functions and
• Maintaining Relation with Banks, basing with External Auditors.
