Validation Specialists


Science / Pharmacy! Eng. Graduates with a minimum of 5 years experience in;
• Development of all Validation Documents i.e. protocols, reports, studies, SOPs.
• Reviewing, supervision and leading execution of all validation and qualification activities.
• Validation project management.



Packaging Line Technicians


Qualified technicians with minimum 5 years experience in;
• Packaging machineries.
• Maintaining GMP environment during the packaging process.
• Checking the machine status and its readiness for start-up and record the data in machine log book.
• Control the non-conforming packaging materials for the purpose of reconciliation.
• Execution of approved SOP for the related equipment.

• Four-year college degree with four years of formal engineering training, and
• at least six years of building construction experience required.
• Knowledge of cost control procedures; estimating; construction costs, scheduling; purchasing; and engineering principals and techniques.

• Broad understanding of a wide spectrum of materials, their characteristics and their tolerances and limitations; and a general understanding of the operation of various building systems.

PLANNING ENGINEER

• Four-year engineering degree
• plus 2 years construction experience and 6 years scheduling experience in the use of Primavera Project Planner or any equivalent combinations of training and related experience.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules for large-scale projects under minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities:

• Perform non-routine scheduling assignments, which require the selection and application of resource monitoring principles, techniques, and technical knowledge of a construction project. –
• Responsible for schedule development , monthly budgeting and project updates.
• Comfortable working under heavy pressure and with strict deadlines.




ESTIMATING ENGINEER / QUANTITY SURVEYOR


• Applicant must have four year college degree in engineering, construction management, building construction, architecture or similar is preferable,
• and a minimum of10 years OF estimating experience. Additional experience in project engineering, field supervision or purchasing is desirable.
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices
• Ability to anticipate details necessary to complete the project and to anticipate general conditions impact

• Conceptual ability to work with minimum information.
• Participates in value engineering.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs, and Primavera scheduling is desirable.
