ENGINEER (Electrical) (ENGG:01)

Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the staff health & safety, safety of company assets and equipments maintenance are sustained through management of an effective and efficient & scheduled preventative breakdown maintenance service of all units at all times. He has to ensure that all maintenance requirements are completed in stipulated time. Ideal candidate will be a Graduate in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in the Catering and Hospitality Industry and should have knowledge in the maintenance of catering equipment, boiler, generators, soft water plant etc.

COST ANALYST (FIN:01)

Incumbent will be responsible for costing airline menus after attending menu presentations, update recipes, attend and update yield tests, review menu component cost and work out meal cost. His responsibilities would encompass accounting functional activities in line with the company policies and procedures. He has to ensure that data and price structures are regularly updated according to current market forces. Ideal candidate will have O or A level with meal costing background and a minimum of 3 years of experience.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER/ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR (FIN:02)

Incumbent will be responsible for supervising the execution of accounting procedures in compliance with the company financial policies, ensuring timely preparation of reports, verification of accounting transactions, reconciliation of ledger accounts with the statements from outside clients / suppliers. Ideal candidate will have an A level or Diploma in the relevant field with 3-7 years experience.

SENIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (FIN:03)

Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining systematic controls to recheck arithmetical accuracy on all validated, approved accounting documentations that are to be recorded in the system with appropriate audit trail to track down respective actual, budget and historic details. He will provide direction and coordination support to all divisions on annual budget planning related to Capex & Non Capital expenditure and facilitate management of individual divisions' budget by expediently processing purchasing requirements in line with approved budgets. Ideal candidate will have A level or a Diploma in the relevant field with 3-7 years experience.

JUNIOR BUYER (PUR:01)

Incumbent will be responsible for the purchase of food, non food and other items for company requirements, staff accommodation, or other purposes while ensuring that the required quality and optimum quantity are obtained at competitive prices and on time. Ideal candidate will have A level or Equivalent qualification with 3-4 years experience.

PURCHASING ASSISTANT (PUR:02)

Incumbent will be responsible to provide clerical and administrative support to the Purchasing staff, thereby assisting in the provision of quality services to all staff and fulfilling the divisional objectives. Ideal candidate will have A level or O level qualification with minimum 3 years of experience.

OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR LINENCRAFT (LC-OPS: 01)

Linencraft, a part of the Emirates Flight Catering group requires a Laundry Manager who is a Graduate with proven track record in managing the operations of a large industrial, hotel or commercial laundry with sound managerial experience. You should have the ability to drive an Occupational Health Safety and Hygiene culture, with a track record of leading performance improvements through your team, with strong coaching skills and a true passion for teamwork. You should be a self starter, able to identify areas for improvement or resolution, and draw upon your skills, experience and courage to affect positive results.

Responsibilities:

Capable of managing procurement team independently, check enquiries, comparison sheets and technical submittals prepared by procurement engineers.
Study specifications and drawings, identify products locally as well as from overseas market
Preparation of all subcontract agreements.
Liaise with Clients / Consultants and attend material coordination meetings with Consultant and Client for approval of products submitted.
