SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
The candidate will provide business/system analysis and design for new software application development projects and business change requests on various systems. The candidate should have at least 5 years experience in business analysis for software design and development projects in addition to a sound understanding and appreciation of software development life-cycle projects. The candidate must be experienced in dealing and interacting with multiple business units and different professional levels within an organization, plus have excellent communication skills.
The candidate will assist users in gathering, defining and refining user requirements, plus oversee testing evaluation and installation of new software systems. He/she will assist with translating business requirements into efficient, creative and effective system designs that are documented in an appropriate manner. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the systems testing process and liaising with the business users to ensure acceptance testing is carried out.
SQA DEVELOPER
The candidate must have more than 2 years experience as a WebSphere Message Broker developer v5 or v6; the ability to implement and manage a WebSphere Message Broker infrastructure; sound working experience with WebSphere MQ 5.3 or later; a solid understanding of Web Service concepts, architecture and design; at least 2 years experience as a Java developer; experience with software development repositories and methodologies; optional experience in WebSphere Application Server 5 or later.

SOFTWARE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Working within a development team, the job holder will be responsible for setup and management of development and test environments, assisting with system architecture design, configuring production environments and assisting with production support issues.

The candidate must have experience in an application infrastructure administration role and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the following areas:

The candidate must be capable of modifying reports or other areas as may be required. Responsible for technical design, development and cross-platform integration in line with shifting and growing business demands. Job holder must take a lead role in system level and application architecture and must participate in all other phases. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that acceptable levels of quality and productivity are met.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the following areas:
• Minimum 8 Years software development experience with significant exposure to IBM WebSphere and J2EE
• Experience with SOA integration and system level architecture

• Continuously assess stockyard risks both operation and financial and ensure that these are mitigated with adequate internal and physical controls and insurance coverage.
