SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

The candidate will provide business/system analysis and design for new software application development projects and business change requests on various systems. The candidate should have at least 5 years experience in business analysis for software design and development projects in addition to a sound understanding and appreciation of software development life-cycle projects. The candidate must be experienced in dealing and interacting with multiple business units and different professional levels within an organization, plus have excellent communication skills.


The candidate will assist users in gathering, defining and refining user requirements, plus oversee testing evaluation and installation of new software systems. SQA DEVELOPER



The candidate must have more than 2 years experience as a WebSphere Message Broker developer v5 or v6; the ability to implement and manage a WebSphere Message Broker infrastructure; sound working experience with WebSphere MQ 5.3 or later; a solid understanding of Web Service concepts, architecture and design; at least 2 years experience as a Java developer; experience with software development repositories and methodologies; optional experience in WebSphere Application Server 5 or later.


The candidate should have strong problem solving abilities and the ability to work in a dynamic environment as an exceptional team player. He/she should be a highly self-motivated individual who takes initiative and can function well without constant supervision.


SOFTWARE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR


Working within a development team, the job holder will be responsible for setup and management of development and test environments, assisting with system architecture design, configuring production environments and assisting with production support issues.


The candidate should be a methodical individual, must possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively.


The candidate must have experience in an application infrastructure administration role and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the following areas:

• IBM WebSphere product suite administration, including WAS, MQ, Message Broker, Portal Server

• IBM WebSphere Application Server monitoring and troubleshooting
• Windows Server configuration

ORACLE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT


The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day technical support of Oracle FMS and HRMS modules. The candidate will be technically focused with the ability to identify, isolate and recommend solutions for technical issues and support of HRMS payroll techno-functional issues.


The candidate must be capable of modifying reports or other areas as may be required. The candidate must be experienced in supporting Oracle Application lii modules, i.e. HRMS Payroll, GL, AP, FA, iExpenses & P0, and SSHR (self service HR) implementation. The candidate must have sound experience with Oracle Developer 2000, Oracle, Forms, Reports Builder, Discoverer, and Workflow. Releases required: 6i, 91, and 10g, PL / SQL Programming, SQL scripting, Oracle Fast Formula development. The candidate will have to develop additional HR policies using fast formulas and PL/SQL


SYSTEM ARCHITECT


Responsible for technical design, development and cross-platform integration in line with shifting and growing business demands. Job holder must take a lead role in system level and application architecture and must participate in all other phases. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that acceptable levels of quality and productivity are met.


The candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the following areas:

• Minimum 8 Years software development experience with significant exposure to IBM WebSphere and J2EE
• Experience with SOA integration and system level architecture
• Experienced in requirements analysis and in designing robust software
• Experience on a wide variety of different software development projects including financial applications
• Several years experience in coordinating or leading staff on software development activities and projects
• Advanced knowledge and experience with thin client applications
• Experience in object orientated analysis and design with UML
• Knowledge and application of latest development methodologies
• Experience of RDBMS design and implementation including stored procedures, views, queries, normalization, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of most of the following:
o IBM WebSphere Application Server, Portal Server, MQ and Message Broker
o Jakarta Struts Framework
o J2EE, EJB, JSP, Servlets, SOO, JUnit (or similar) and XML
o Oracle and SQL Server
• Experience with the Microsoft .NET platform would be an advantage

• Manage freight scheduling of vehicles between stockyards, branches and docklands.

Establish K.PIs and prepare SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for each critical processes and outputs.
• Continuously assess stockyard risks both operation and financial and ensure that these are mitigated with adequate internal and physical controls and insurance coverage.
