UNIT MANAGER
PHARMACEUTICALS, HEALTHCARE AND TOILETRIES
A UAE conglomerate plans to appoint a Manager in-charge reporting at Group Level for one of its units- in wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products and related healthcare products.
The ideal candidate would preferably meet the following criteria:
1. At least 10 -12 years hands-on result oriented, management experience in the marketing of pharmaceutical products, healthcare and distribution agency management in UAE/GCC to the retail circuit comprising the Emirates of UAE.
2. Experience in setting annual objectives for management, planning, monitoring implementations of plans, course correction interaction with hospitals, regulatory affairs, Ministry of Health, UAE and other government departments.
3. Exposure to re-export and import business in developing markets would be a distinctive advantage.
4. Demonstrative core competencies in Business Development on a continuous growth-oriented basis, and experience of hands-on expertise of debtors' collections would be considered an important asset.
5. MBA preferably with a healthcare - related qualification.
6. Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic could be an advantage in networking, marketing and business development.

OFFSHORE INSPECTION ENGINEER
Location: Qatar
Role: Assists and participates in inspecting plant stationary equipment as assigned, including structures, pressure vessels, columns, drums, heat exchangers, boilers, coolers, tanks, valves and piping systems and lifting equipment throughout the offshore installation. Enters equipment, observes conditions and makes preliminary interpretations. Assist in testing and certifying welders. Carries out as required non-destructive tests using the required instruments, tools and NDT equipment. Implements computerized inspection management program through Wincairs. Maintains inspection instruments, tools and equipment in proper working conditions. Prepares inspection reports with all findings and results.
Minimum Requirements: Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, plus 2 years Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering completed. A degree in Engineering Discipline is preferred with 6 yrs exp in inspection and testing work on offshore facilities (including underwater survey on jackets and pipelines). A qualification (ASNT, COFREND or equivalent) in NDT techniques will be viewed favorably. Good written and spoken English.

Min requirements: B.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering discipline with 15-20 yrs of industry/discipline experience with at least 8 years supervisory experience. P.E. registration is required. Proficient in the use of structural engineering software (eg Staadpro, SACS).
