(1) PROJECT MANAGERS/ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGERS: Ref No: JME/08/05/1/PM/APM/A


Degree in Structural /Civil Engineering or M&E Engineering or Architecture recognized by the Municipalities in UAE;
Minimum 10 and 5 years of relevant experience in high rise building and infrastructure projects for Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers respectively;
Conversant in UAE Municipalities' requirements, Building Codes and Construction Practices;
Liaise with Authorities on requirements and submissions for Municipalities' approvals Manage timely completion of building and infrastructure projects within design & budget;
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications and are required to be based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai



(2) SENIOR ENGINEERS (CIVIL & STRUCTURAL): Ref No: JME/08/05/2/SE(C&S)


Possess valid Municipalities Structural Engineering Practicing Certificate.
Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering recognized by UAE Municipalities
Minimum 15 years of relevant Structural Engineering experience in the design and supervision of high rise (more than 20 storeys) office/commercial buildings.
Conversant in UAE Structural Building Codes and Construction Practices.
Liaise with Authorities on requirements and submissions for Municipalities' approvals;
Carry out structural and civil engineering design independently.
Supervise all structural and civil works in accordance to drawings and specifications.
Co-ordinate and check Structural Engineering Drawings
Proficient in computer softwares for civil & structural engineering and building works eg. Etabs and SAP2000 etc.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.




(3) RESIDENT ENGINEERS (CIVIL & STRUCTURAL): Ref No: JME/08/05/3/RE(C&S)


Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering recognized by Dubai Municipalities in UAE.
Minimum 10 years of relevant Structural Engineering experience in the design and supervision of high rise (more than 20 storeys) office/commercial buildings.
Conversant in UAE Structural Building Codes and construction practices.
Liaise with Authorities on requirements and submissions for Municipalities' approvals;
Co-ordinate and check Structural Engineering Drawings.
Supervise all structural and civil works in accordance to drawings and specifications.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Dubai.




(4) ARCHITECTS/PLANNERS: Ref No: JME/08/05/4/A/P


Degree in Architecture/Planning recognized by Municipalities in UAE.
Minimum 10 years of relevant Architecture experience in the design and supervision of high rise (more than 20 storeys) office/commercial buildings (for Architects)
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in master planning of township and industrial zones (for Planners)
Conversant in UAE Building Codes and construction practices (for Architects).
Carry out design independently.
Liaise with Authorities on requirements and submissions for Municipalities' approvals
Supervise all Architecture works in accordance to drawings and specifications (for Architect)
Proficient in related computer softwares for Architecture and building works
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai




(5) ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL & PLUMBING): Ref No: JME/08/05/5/E(M&P)


(6) ENGINEERS (ELECTRICAL): Ref No: JME/08/05/6/EE


Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering recognized by Municipalities in UAE.
Minimum 10 years of relevant Mechanical/Electrical Engineering experience in the design and supervision of high rise office/commercial buildings and Electrical Sub-station (for Electrical Engineers)
Conversant in UAE Codes and construction practices.
Carry out engineering design independently.
Liaise with Authorities on requirements and submissions for Municipalities' approvals.
Supervise all Mechanical/Electrical works in accordance to drawings and specifications.
Proficient in related computer softwares for engineering design works
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.




(7) ENGINEERS (INFRASTRUCTURE): Ref No: JME/08/05/7/E(I)


Degree in Civil/Public Health Engineering recognized in UAE.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure (both conceptual and detail design) for Industrial/Residential or Mixed - Use Master Plans)
Conversant in regional specifications and design and construction practices.
Liaise with Authorities and Services providers on conceptual network design, demand estimations, network specifications and requirements for submissions and approvals from Municipalities/Authorities;
Proficient in computer software's for civil & Infra and Traffic engineering and building works as required.
Presentation skills and report writing skills
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.




( QUANTITY SURVEYORS: Ref No: JME/08/05/8/QS




Relevant Degree recognized by Dubai Municipality.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Dubai for high rise office/commercial buildings, ie Bills of Quantities contracts
Conversant in UAE Contracts and construction practices.
Proficient in relevant computer softwares
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Dubai.




(9) SITE INSPECTORS (STRUCTURAL): Ref No: JICME/08/05/9/SI(S))S


(10) SITE INSPECTORS (ARCHITECTURAL): Ref No: JICME/08/05/10/SI(A)


(11) SITE INSPECTORS (MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL): Ref No: JICME/08/05/11/SI(M&E)


Diploma in relevant Engineering or technical qualifications with minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in the construction of high rise office/commercial buildings.
Conversant in UAE Building Codes and construction practices.
Assist the Resident Engineers in the supervision of related construction works on site.
Co-ordinate and check Construction Engineering Drawings.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Dubai.




(12) MEP TECHNICIANS: Ref No: JICME/08/05/12/MT




Degree or Diploma in relevant Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the capacity as maintenance Technician or Supervisor
To work with the Facilities Management Team on enforcing on maintenance requirements.
Supervise and manage Service Providers.
Good understanding of MEP maintenance requirements.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Abu Dhabi.




(13) BUILDING SUPEVISOR/ ASST. BUILDING SUPERVISOR: Ref No: JICME/08/05/13/BS/ABS




Degree or Diploma in Structural Engineering/Architecture with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the capacity as building supervisor
Conversant in UAE Building Codes and construction practices.
To work with the Facilities Management Operations Team to enforce on maintenance requirements.
Able to supervise building works, alterations and repairs and manage the contractor's performance.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Abu Dhabi.




(14) DOCUMENT CONTROLLER/ADMINISTRATOR: Ref No: JICME/08/05/14/DCA




Possess relevant technical qualifications in the construction industries with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Support the project teams in the efficient control and administration of site documents/ records, which will include planning, organising, categorizing /cataloguing, managing, controlling, filing, storage and reporting etc.
Ability to speak and write Arabic
