* Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
* Must be Certified Welding Inspector – (CWI)
* Must be experienced welding Inspector (Min. 5 Yr. in UT testing & Independent certification)
* Familiar with the latest UT testing equipment usage, calibration and maintenance
* Thorough knowledge about welding specifications AWS / ASME/ European Norms
* Preparation of Welding procedures and knowledge of welding methods (SMAW/SAW/GMAW/FCAW/GTAW) – Automatic / Semi-automatic
* Knowledge of pre-heating methods and their applications
* Should have passed an Eye-examination to prove near vision acuity and color perception test ( Not applicable if included in CWI – examinations)
* Transferable Iqama is a must for Non-Saudis
