Role Purpose :
Manage supply and demand process, including support function to maximize efficiency and minimize costs


Skills :

• University degree, Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to organize and manage a supply
• Good knowledge of Borouge’s products range and applications
• Good knowledge of Borouge;s policies and strategies
• Thorough knowledge of entiere supplyu chaing function (including customer requirements)
• Expert knowledge of processes, stabdards abd procedures

2. DEMAND MANAGER – SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Role purpose :

Oversee and manage the demand and supply planning aspects of the Borouge Start-Term, Medium Term and Long Term planning (both regularly-planned and abnormal situation) including planning coordination with customers

• University degree
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of Borouge’s products range and applications
• Good knowledge of Borouges policies and strategies
• Thorough knowledge of entire supply chain products and applications
• Expert knowledge of processes, standards and procedures
• Strong business acumen
• Sound knowledge of business unit strategy, customer base and business plan

3. LOGISTIC SERVICES SPECIALISTS - Supply chain management



Role Purpose


Coordination and monitor the logistics of the operations in the UAE and other hubs by stream lining the processes.
Specifications and procedure to ensure meeting the service level committed to the customers.
This involves close coordination with all the concerned Internal parties and Logistic Service Providers.

Proposes resolution of problems faced relating to packing materials, storage and handling , product stability , and quality issues arising from hub operations.
Close coordination with Ruwais Site Logistics, procurement and service providers to be maintained with proper documentation and traceability.
The activities are defined by KPI’s covering the scope of services to meet customer expectations.
Execute and maintain the required logistics networks and related contracts to offer the required services to be customers in line with the approved Supply Chain service level packages.
This is done in close coordination with Supply Chain line Management, Hub Operations, Site Logistics, Procurement functions, services providers and partners



SKILLS

• University degree
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work out Logistics related services and support
• Simple knowledge of Borouge’s products range and applications
• Good knowledge of Borouges policies and strategies
