SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COST CONTROL ENGINEER


Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with four years of experience and good knowledge of unit cost and quality


PLANNING ENGINEER

Degree of Civil engineering with five years of exp in project planning / control / management. Design WBS, formulate project master plan, prepare progress report and monitor productivity rates



PLANNING MANAGER

Degree in Civil Engineering with 12 years of proven experience in Planning , monitor the approved schedules, the contractors major construction progress and to ensure equipment and manpower.


QA – QC MANAGER / ENGINEER

Degree in Civil Engineering with 12 years of proven experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance . Develops and implements QA / QC PROGRAM , Standards. Ensure the effective implementation of the quality program in every phse of the project.



MATERIAL ENGINEER / PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

Degree in material Engineering / civil engineering, with minimum of 8 years exp , Good knowledge of construction materials and their properties. Knowledge of testing materials to assess how tolerant they are to heat, corrosion and chemical attack



ELECTRO MECHANICAL ENGINEER /
MEP COORDINATOR


Degree in mechanical Engineering with six years of relevant experience



ARCHITECT


Degree in Architectural engineering with minimum 4 years experience in multi storey / high rise buildings



DRAUGHTSMAN STRUCTURAL / CIVIL



Diploma in mechanical / Civil engineering, with minimum 4 years of experience


PROJECT ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTANT


M. Com with 5 years of relevant experience handling cash flow forecast, maintaining complete books of accounts, preparing final accounts for auditors submission and managing payroll. Project Accounting knowledge is a must



DOCUMENT CONTROLLER / PROJECT SECRETARY

Graduate with minimum 5 years relevant experience. Must complete and maintain records and related files to release blue prints, drawings, and engineering documents, other operating departments and prepare reports / memorandums


FOREMAN - CIVIL / STRUCTURE / JOINERY


Minim mum 8 years experience in commercial high-rise building as Foreman or its equivalent position. Knowledge of English highly desirable

planning for equipment, manpower and material, variance analysis of the budgeted
& achieved work, etc. Hands-on experience on MS Project / Primavera is a must and candidates should have experience iii PERT/CPM.


CONTRACTS

Graduate Civil Engineers with 5-15 years of experience in large infrastructure projects. Responsibility includes client billing , claims & contracts, negotiations and dispute resolution. Exposure to FIDIC is a must. Knowledge of the Indian Contracts Act and relevant experience In arbitration will be preferred.


Plant Management


Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical engineering with 15 -20 years of experience in Plant Management The candidate must ‘hate experience in erection, commissioning operation and maintenance of equipment in remote locations viz crushing plants, batching plants, earth moving machinery cranes (crawler mobile and tower) boomers / jumbos robo arm shot crete machines , etc.






Safety



Graduates / Diploma in Engineering with a full time diploma in Industrial Safety with 12 or more years of experience . The job profiles includes assessing the safety / environmental risks / potential hazards associated with the project and taking corrective action for the same, establishing sound contingency plans for emergency situation, ensuring the compliances of safety laws at the project site and providing safety training for employees at the project site. Candidate having Lead Auditor Certificate is preferable. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 is essential .

Foreman - Mechanical


In depth operational knowledge of Crushing Plant Workshop Drilling Equipments EM an Hydraulic Systems, 10-15 years of experience required


Foreman - Electrical


in-depth operational knowledge of Sub stations, transformers, Cable installations and Overhead lines ( 10-15 Years of experience required).



Foreman - Civil


In depth operational knowledge of Tunneling, Mining, Earth work, concreting Piling, Rock bolting, Reinforcement
and Shuttering ( 10-15 Years of experience required).




Operators


Expertise in operating Dozers Graders , JCBs, RT / CRAWLERS / TOWER CRANES, Drilling Equipments, TBM, CIFA / shotcrete Robos,, Concrete pump / Placer Boom, Boomers, tamrocks, ROC batching / Crushing / Chilling Plant




Mechanics

Expertise in Repair & Maintenance of Crushing & batching plant, Workshop boomer / boltec, Shotcrete, CIFA Concrete pump, Earth Moving equipments and hydraulic systems
