They now require an appropriately degree educated design manager to be based in their head office in Qatar , as head of
department. With overall responsibility for the management and success of the department, including customer relations,
health and safety, quality programme and the cost/value of operations under his control.


The MEP Coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling the activities assigned to him in the appropriate process, including:

• Maintaining effective and long term relationships with the customer and his representatives/advisors.
• Implementing and maintaining GCC Strategy and Policies for Sustainability, Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental, etc.
and acting as an exemplar of the GCC culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Business management System.
• Being proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.
• Reviewing methods of working, alternative materials etc in order to maximise commercial profitability and build ability.
• Managing, supporting, mentoring and counselling members of the Site teams in their personal development, within the field
of expertise.
• Seeking and developing ongoing continuous improvement.
• Providing aftercare services to the customer.
• Maintaining and providing accurate reports to Senior Management
• Any other duties relevant to the role

Technical experience and knowledge.
Commercial and financial ability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
