PROJECT MANAGER


• A Civil or Architectural Degree, higher education is preferable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in mega building projects.
• Planning, forecasting and managing skills to all project phases starting from engineering, pricing & bidding, local & international procurement, budget & cost control, planning,& scheduling, and testing &..
commissioning.


SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER


• RICS or legally qualified.
• Extensive experience in commercial management of large scale building projects for Main Contractor and management of commercial department.
• Fully versed in NEC forms of contract and well developed negotiation skills.
• Experience in advising to Board level on pre and post contract/quantity surveying matters, subcontract procurement, commercial risk management and budget management.


CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

• A Civil Engineering or Architectural Degree, higher education is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mega value housing projects.
• Planning, forecasting and managing skills to all project phases starting from engineering, pricing & bidding, local & international procurement, budget & cost control, planning & scheduling, and testing & commissioning.


PLANNING DEPARTMENT MANAGER

• A Civil or Architectural Degree, higher education is preferable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and various construction methods and techniques.
• Able to plan project resources requirement, analyze and monitor site productivity, propose acceleration strategies and prepare monthly progress report.
• Experience with Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Experienced with Common Contract Conditions and ISO requirement.


E/M DEPARTMENT MANAGER


• An Electrical or Mechanical Degree, higher education is preferable.
• Minimuml5 years of experience in mega building projects.
• Planning forecasting and managing skills to ElM packages through all project phases starting from engineering, pricing & bidding, local & international procurement, budget & cost control, planning & scheduling, and testing & commissioning.


HR DEPARTMENT MANAGER


• A related university degree, higher education is preferable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in human resources and administration of mega projects.
• Fluent in Arabic verbal and in writing.
• Very good knowledge of HR concepts and management tools.
• Construction field experience will be preferable.




QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT MANAGER


• A Civil or Architectural Degree, higher education is preferable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in managing quality control of building construction.
• Perform auditing of contractors and suppliers to determine their conformance to project design, procurement and construction requirements.


SENIOR STORE MANAGER


• A related university degree, higher education is preferable.
• Minimum 15 years of warehouse and distribution experience, management of store functions including material receiving, inventory tracking and control preferably at construction sites.
• Knowledge of store accounting, construction consumables and material management.


SAFETY DEPARTMENT MANAGER


• An Engineering Degree preferable civil and NEBOSH (level 6) or CIOSH.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in management of Health, Safety and Environmental planning.
• Able to plan, report and enforce all statutory requirement as per local and international laws.
• Capable of preparing Risk Assessment and having fair ideas of HAZOP / HAZAN / FTA.




GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (FOR ALL POSITIONS):


All candidates should have the following educations, skills and experience:


• Large scale building project experience with international companies; Gulf experience is preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead multi-national teams, effective communication skills with company team, consultants and sub-contractors and problem solving.
• Be a computer literate and fluent in English verbal and in writing.

GE Energy is currently seeking Field Engineers and Contract Performance Managers to work in Saudi Arabia on the installation and maintenance of GE Energy’s world-class gas turbines. Qualified candidates will have formal training in electrical, mechanical or controls engineering, as well as 3+ years of experience in the following areas:


Field Engineers:


• installation and maintenance of large frame turbines (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and Centrifugal Compressors, rotating equipment, auxiliary and control philosophy).
• Providing technical direction to customers and skilled labour.
• Writing technical reports to customer records.
• Providing input into estimating outage financials and schedules.


Contract Performance Managers:


• Strengthen relationship with customer personnel, including management, operations & maintenance.
• Drive fulfillment throughout the contract and focus on delivering.
• Develop and maintain site records to support optimum site operation and meet all business objectives.
• Plan and execute outage work programs.
• Use Lean Sigma Quality program to maximize productivity and customer service.
Candidates must also have advanced computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Office suite and
Project Management Applications and strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Field
Engineers are expected to travel 95% of job time. A competitive package and overtime is offered to
