ASSISTANT PERSONNEL MANAGER

ASSISTANT RENT-A CAR MANAGER

Reporting to Rent A Car Manager, prepare and implement the annual business plans and related budget, demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes to provide quality seamless customer service, assign work to subordinates, monitor work procedures and inspect work in progress and upon completion, receive and handle customer grievances and make appropriate decisions in accordance with company rules and regulations.

Should be MBA holder in Marketing from an accredited University / Institute with 5 to 7 years of practical experience in a similar position in a competitive Industry, preferably in a reputed Car Rental Company.


PDI& LOGISTICS MANAGER

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire P01 Operations of New Vehicles from the port to vehicle delivery to customers. He will be in-charge of managing new car inventory at the Stock Yards and will supervise on through inspection of the vehicles, proper diagnosis and preparing managerial reports periodically on P01 operation status. Knowledge on Warranty repairs, Body and Paint Service, accessories fittings, vehicle registration and insurance formalities.

The ideal candidate should have a 85 in Automotive Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in the same field. He should be proficient in computer applications preferably in ERP system and possess good communication skills in English language. Arabic will be an advantage.




RECRUITMENT MANAGER (Ref. No: .MPM/0

To manage and monitor an effective manpower and recruitment planning ensuring that all manpower needs are met within time and budgetary targets. Coordinate with the Line Managers in preparing clear and accurate job descriptions and job requirements for all positions and update the same periodically. Designing the advertisement, web advertisement and other internal and external sources to enhance the recruitment efforts, Coordinate with various recruitment and head hunting agencies. To maintain the departments master record of organization charts and positions and description. To keep the record and status of the available visas (nationality wise> with Company. To provide proposals for new programs to enhance recruitment, retention and employees satisfaction and get comparative advantages in the market.

Master of Business Administration degree specialized in Human Resources Management or Equivalent Professional Qualification. Oracle Human Resources Management System — Recruitment Modules. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Middle Management Level in a large business house, preferably in automobile field.
