• SHUTDOWN COORDINATOR


Degree in Engineering or Equivalent with knowledge & experience in a multi discipline environment. Good knowledge of Equipment & Maintenance procedures associated with Utilities & Process Hydrocarbons plants. Minimum 8-10 years diversified experience in the overhaul of Petrochemical process or LNG plant, including shutdown planning/preparation and execution.
Minimum 8 years supervisory level experience.


• LEAD METERING TECHNICIAN


Secondary school education plus a three to five year technical certificate or diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics from a recognized institution. 10 years maintenance experience in instrumentation with experience in fiscal/allocation metering and tank gauging systems in a diversified oil and gas or petrochemical plants. Well versed in techniques and devices used for measurement of different process variables such as flow, temperature, pressure, density, level and composition. Specific knowledge of DP based (senior orifice, venturi, annubor, v-cone), Ultrasonic, Turbine, Coriolis and Vortex flow and conventional, servo & radar based level. Good understanding of specific maintenance practices of Gas & Liquid fiscal/Custody Metering and Tank Gauging Systems and meter validation techniques such as proving & master meter methods.
Should be able to understand Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, loop drawings and simple function block & logic diagrams. Good in shooting primary and secondary instruments, microprocessor based flow computers. Experience with Omni, Irritech & Daniel flow computers and associated supervisory systems and Enraf Tank Gauging Systems is highly preferred.
Clear understanding of various units of measurements & their conversions and uncertainty concepts and knowledge of equations & algorithms used in flaw computers and health monitoring concepts is preferred.


• METERING TECHNICIAN


Secondary school education plus a three to five year technical certificate or diploma from a recognized institution. Minimum of 5 years of instrument maintenance experience with experience in fiscal/allocation metering and tank gauging systems in a diversified oil and gas or petrochemical plants. A minimum of 10 years experience, of which at least 5 years should be post trade, in a Maintenance role in petrochemical process plant. Ability to work in a multinational environment. A strong focus on safety is paramount and practical know-how of permit to work systems and lock out procedures applicable to ING/Petrochemical plants is required. Familiar with and experienced in working with H2S rich processes. Must understand and be able to carry out rotating equipment alignment and be familiar with laser alignment equipment and techniques. Extensive experience and knowledge in the troubleshooting, maintenance, overhaul and commissioning of Gas Turbines (GE frame 6 and/or 7), gas compressors, dry gas seals, centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, process valves, blowers, conveyor belt systems, v-belt drives, pressure vessel and heat exchangers.



• LEAD MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN


Secondary school education plus Mechanical based apprenticeship training, which should be a three to five year vocational credential (HNC, HND or equivalent). Minimum 8 years experience in mechanical maintenance work in the oild and gas industry. Computer awareness with knowledge of SAP and commonly used Microsoft business software packages. Good written and oral communication skills in English. Good leadership and interpersonal skills. Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs. • MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR


Plans, co-ordinates, resources and supervises all mechanical maintenance activities, including preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance performed in the RasGas plant Facilities. Provides 24 hours, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, “on-call” business and Field Maintenance Mechanical support for asset related issues and provides field support in the event of plant emergencies. Provides technical support and guidance to all staff performing work at Rasgas, ensuring material specifications, work practices and procedures are met. Consults with the Head of Mechanical Maintenance, the OMT teams and support groups to ensure cost effective and safe completion of scheduled work. Establishing priorities, evaluates mechanical requirements, in consultation with OMT, Head of Mechanical Maintenance and direct activities accordingly. 14.Supports “new projects” and “modification” proposals from Engineering and Projects Divisions for comments, execution and commissioning.

15.Sets Divisional HSE KPIs, control and monitors implementation of actions to contribute toward achieving the company set targets.

16.Coordinates the work of the Division with Operations, Engineering, General Technical Services and Integrity & Quality Departments. Regarding the short/long term planning of the Division’s activities and the needs of the company Plant.

17.Plans and controls the manpower requirements for the Division ensuring effective implementation of the Emiratisation policy. Manages the identification of training needs and the establishment of job targets.

18.Ensures proper implementation of the approved training and development programs with the Division with emphasis on UAE Nationals and through continuous follow up of CAMS, CAS and effective succession planning.

19.Guides and directs improvements in the plant by leading and approving initiatives to enhance reliability, availability and production effectiveness.

20.Initiates Maintenance Standing Instructions and ensures revision and updating of the existing Standing Instructions, maintenance procedure manual and maintenance policy manual.

21. Performs other related tasks, such as preparing reports for Senior Management, conducting special duties, participating in Emergency Response (ICS).
Requirements Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline or equivalent.
2.Minimum of 15 years diversified Engineering and maintenance experience in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry, including at least 10 years in a Senior Management Position
Other remarks Remuneration Package:

1. Salary is negotiable.
2.Leave cycle: 35 working days on Das Island, followed by 28 days of leave to point of origin.
3.Round trip economy class airfares to point of origin for each rotation.
4.Messing and bachelor accommodation are provided for free of charge while on the Island.
5.Excellent sports/recreational club facilities on the Island
